The quality of their products is first rate. The silk custom gown was of excellent workmanship. The fabric and lining and sewing was executed flawlessly. Their follow through, and communication need to be worked on, they do not answer questions promptly, and i am still waiting for a credit for an over payment. I am confident that it will be issued. Because of their "Quality of product" we will order additional custom tailored clothes in the future. However you must be willing to wait for your merchandise, and accept that you may not be kept fully informed.
I was very impressed with the dress that I ordered for my daughter. I have sewn their dresses for most occasions, so when my 17 year old daughter wanted a dress she found from this company to wear to her senior prom. She wanted to have something different from the typical Prom Dress.I was doubtful at first about the quality and fit that we would end up with, but she was insistant and I let her order it. I am very pleased with the end product. The quality of work is good and the fit is great! She loves it and the price is the same as she would have to spend at the local mall for a prom dress that wasnt a perfect fit and I have no alterations to make, its wonderful! She also got a matching purse and it is beautiful. At first when choosing a fabric from the swatches they have on line was a bit difficult as the colors on the screen were a bit dark. The dress we got did prove to be a good match to the color that was shown on their site. She wasnt disappointed about that either. Since we ordered it just before Christmas --we were sure that they would not be able to deliver it in time --- we were wrong.It even came a little earlier. They sent us an email update saying it was in the US and after customs would be on its way to us. It arrived in good condition too. When filling out the form for the measurments I took a lot of time to be very careful we got them correct. To do this you should definatly have someone help you and take your time to reameasure a couple of times to be sure you get it right. Dont rush through this important step. If you write down the wrong numbers its your fault if it doesnt fit. Ours is a perfect fit. I followed the directions for measuring just the way they said. It has room enough to move where needed,not at all to be compared to the ones we have bought at local stores where sizes can be too loose in some places and too tight in others. I will continue to make future purchases from this company. The price of this custom fitted dress, that I dont have to make any alterations for, is above what I expected.

The service, overall quality, pricing, and astounding speed of the delivery was amazing! I will have to re-sew the snaps on my dress, as they appeared very loose, but in the light of the above, it is a minor price to pay. Thank you for everything!

I ordered a dress from this store and with the express shipping should have recieved it 60 days post ordering. I recieved the dress on the seventh week post ordering it; and was amazed! the quality is excellent and I couldn't have hoped for a more stunning dress.
I thought the site was set up better than any other online store i've seen. All merchandice was photographed nicely and described. There was absolutly no confusion when ordering.
